Q: Is continuous power supply required for the bouncy castles? A: Absolutely. A standard 13amp socket within 50m of the setup location is necessary. We can provide a 50m extension lead with every hire as required.

Q: Can the bouncy castle be set up on surfaces other than grass? A: For outdoor setups, we require a flat, level grass surface to ensure safety and stability.

Booking and Payment Queries

Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my booking? A: In case of severe weather, our team will contact you on the morning of your booking to discuss options. For safety, we may cancel due to extreme conditions, offering a full waiver of charges and an option to reschedule.

Q: What are your insurance coverage details? A: Our inflatables are insured for up to £5 million. This covers equipment faults but not accidents due to misuse or lack of supervision. We advise customers to follow our terms & conditions for safe usage.

Indoor Use and Special Requirements

Q: Can I use the inflatable indoors? A: Yes, all our inflatables are suitable for indoor use, provided there is sufficient space and ceiling height. Please ensure a 2ft clearance around the unit.

Q: What if I don't have an electrical supply for the bouncy castle? A: We can provide generators for locations without an electrical supply. For normal units, a 3kva generator is recommended, and for dome-style units, a 5kva generator is advisable.

Cancellation and Hire Duration

Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel. We offer a full waiver for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking.

Q: How long can I hire a bouncy castle for? A: Our standard hire period is 8 hours. The same rate applies for shorter durations as we cannot rebook the unit for that day.

Q: Is it possible to set up a bouncy castle on concrete or tarmac? A: Currently, we do not offer setups on hard surfaces like concrete or tarmac due to safety regulations and the complexities involved.
